FOR MY LOVE TO HER

Composed by D.F.A.T.

Declaring the feelings,

The ones hidden at the most,

The ones covered from outside,

Filling my heart with anger and delight.

Facing an unavoidable reality,

The toughest one,

Of everyday life,

Wishing it could merely be an illusion.

Accepting all of her answers,

Whispered sweetly but for sure,

Storming my soul with tragedy,

Answers that won’ t change by their own.

Finding myself a harmless being

Toward the cruel destiny,

Toward the person one loves,

With a masked and haunted love.

Realizing I cannot interfere

Among a woman’ s feelings,

Her choices made by own will,

Resulting nonsense that left me behind.

Keeping simulating

Affection that’ s something more,

Friendship that’ s not enough,

An abyss seemed easy to cross.

And holding onto the hope,

Perhaps completely in vain,

The only landmark that is still glowing

As a fleble light amidst the darkness.
